Regardless of your current personal fitness level, in just 12 weeks you will feel fantastic and be in much better shape. That means you’ll have more energy, and gain self-confidence, which is very important in today’s world, considering how much stress we are all under!
Adults. Most healthy adults need at least 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity, such as brisk walking or swimming, or 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic activity, such as running — preferably spread throughout the week. Most adults also need strength training exercises at least twice a week.

Meet Lars Taylor Rascovich
Certified Fitness Professional
Life & Motivational Coach
Personal Trainer and Private Fitness Coach for Men, Women, Adolescents and Children
Lars’ passion for personal training and fitness coaching was first sparked while he was a firefighter and EMT in Woodbridge, CT.
Lars recalls, “While I was going through the training process for both careers, I realized that while I loved helping people, my real passion was for training people to help avoid the kind of situations they faced every day. That meant I really needed to help them change their lives in a positive manner. It was a privilege serving on the Woodbridge Fire Department for 10 years, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant & Emergency Medical Technician, but providing personal training, cardiovascular training and weight loss help means fulfilling my life’s dream in a job that also allows me to see the results with each client.”
With over 14-years of experience as a private fitness trainer for men, women and children, Lars has earned certifications from the American Council of Exercise and the National Alliance for Fitness Professionals.
Lars lives in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with his Shih Tzu Charlie. Two years in a row, Lars placed second in the Mr. West Palm Beach Body Building Contest. In 2001, Lars was awarded Personal Training Manager of the Year in 2001 which is the highest honor for any Personal Trainer!
